
How Your Money is Protected
Every cedi you pay is held in a licensed and secure PSPs vault until you physically confirm delivery. Zero scams. Zero stress.
1. PSPs Vault
When you pay through Sell-Safe Buy-Safe, your money goes into a secure, regulated PSPs account — never directly to the seller or this platform. The seller cannot access your funds until you explicitly confirm that you received the correct item in good condition.
2. Delivery Verification
A unique cryptographic delivery code is generated for every transaction. The seller must provide this code upon delivery, and you verify it in-app. No code = no release.
3. 24-Hour Auto-Release
After delivery is attempted, a 24-hour countdown starts. If you don't raise a dispute through replacement or support within this window, funds auto-release.
4. Replacement Guarantee
For non-food items, if what you receive doesn't match the listing, you can request replacement before funds are released. Food/services are not eligible for replacement.
5. Evidence-Based Disputes
If something goes wrong, our admin team reviews photographic evidence, call logs, SMS, tracking and video from both parties. Decisions are based on facts, not accusations.
What Happens When...
Clear answers for every possible edge case.
Seller sends wrong item?
Request a replacement (non-food). Buyer may cover return rider cost if rejection is unjustified.
Seller doesn't ship?
After the agreed timeframe, raise a dispute. Admin reviews and issues a full refund.
Item is damaged?
Take photos immediately and open a dispute. Our team reviews evidence from both parties.
Rider doesn't deliver?
The no-show policy kicks in. Upload evidence and the admin team investigates within 24 hours.
I forget to confirm?
The 24-hour auto-release countdown protects both parties. Inspect quickly and confirm or raise dispute.
Seller is a scammer?
Your money is NEVER sent directly to the seller. Even if they vanish, your funds remain protected with PSPs.
